Dee Rendleman is the Finance Director and Regional Operations Officer for Gensler’s Southeast Region. A Principal of the firm, Dee has over 22 years experience in financial and practice management in the A/E industry. Dee is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Maryland Society of Accountants, the National Contract Managers Association, the Coalition of Government Contractors, and an Associate Member of the AIA.

Over our 37 years of practice, SFS Architecture has continually challenged their staff to create unique and exciting spaces for their clients. The wide breadth of the firm’s experience, everything from worship spaces and local community centers to high-tech University facilities and federal Courthouses, showcases the creative design solutions we have developed for a wide range of facilities. The firm’s portfolio of work includes projects for religious institutions, k-12 and higher education, civic, corporate, public safety, justice and community recreation clients.

It was great to see everyone last month at encompas! 14 attended and we learned about each other’s professional background and firms. We found out many firms got their start in a basement and that many are interested in learning more about succession planning.
