Description: September’s WiD-KC event “Empowering Women Leaders” is dedicated to understanding the skill sets needed to develop a personalized leadership strategy. We will have a panel of women business leaders from different backgrounds to share what it takes to be a leader in a firm… whether as the founder of a new venture or as a leader from within an established firm. Join us Wednesday, September 29th at the AIA-KC office. Happy Hour begins at 5:30pm with a strengths assessment available to gauge our leadership self awareness with the panel presentation following at 6:30pm. Don’t miss out on this free event!
The “Empowering Women Leaders event” on September 29th was an energizing event drawing 50 people from the KC area. Thank you to our panelists Rita Cortes, Becky Cotton, Vicki Noteis, Elizabeth Rosin and our moderator Kimberly Young for sharing their valuable experiences with our group.
